Debugging and maintenance technicians: There are 10 professional debugging and maintenance technicians. R&D personnel: A special R&D team with a total of 9 members has been established.
Injection center
The injection molding center has a team with strong professional quality, rich experience and clear division of labor. There are 15 employees covering multiple professional fields. Everyone works together to ensure the efficient and orderly progress of injection molding production. The injection molding process engineer team is equipped with 3 injection molding process engineers, with an average of more than 6 years of experience in the injection molding industry, 3 mold maintenance technicians, 5 injection molding machine operators, and 4 quality inspection personnel, strictly controlling the quality of products before leaving the factory. Equipped with 5 injection molding machines and more than 50 sets of molds. Process formulation and optimization, material adaptability processing.
Assembly center
The assembly department brings together a diverse and collaborative professional team with 60 employees. The members have clear division of labor and their own strengths to jointly ensure the orderly development of assembly work. Assembly Engineer: There are 5 experienced assembly engineers with an average of more than 6 years of experience. First-line assembly workers: The main force is 45 skilled assembly workers with solid operating skills and strong quality awareness, ensuring the efficient and stable assembly work. Quality inspectors: Equipped with 6 professional quality inspectors to strictly control the factory quality of products. Material managers: There are 4 material managers responsible for material management throughout the assembly process. Automated assembly lines, special assembly equipment, hand tools and measuring tools have 6 automated assembly lines of different specifications, suitable for mass production, with a daily output of 7,000 units.
